ALERT: Set an In-District Meeting
If YOU are not talking to your representative and senator between now and next session (January 2026), then they are ONLY hearing from LOBBYISTS. Lobbyists from Big Ag, Big Chemical, Big Medicine, and Big Pharma will be working all spring, summer, and fall, trying to convince your legislators to pass bills that benefit industry at the expense of your health and rights.
TAKE ACTION: Write and set-up a meeting with your legislators here.
End of Session 2025 Update
THE WORST BILL: Pesticide Manufacturer Liability Shield KILLED THIS YEAR

ACTION NEEDED: Meet with your legislators and tell them why they must vote NO. If your senator already voted YES on the Senate floor, still educate them. If they change their stance and say so publicly, that will support stopping the bill in the House.
