“As Attorney General, I fought to protect medical autonomy for Hoosiers during the pandemic,” said Curtis Hill. “I took a stand then, and I will take a stand as Governor.”
Former Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill is a lifelong Hoosier who has spent his entire life serving his community and state, including defending churches and businesses from restrictive government shutdowns during the COVID crisis. He’s currently running to be Indiana’s next governor.
In the 1960s, Hill witnessed increasingly personal and violent attacks against his family, including a Molotov cocktail thrown onto the roof of their home. But Hill’s father did not live in fear or allow the threats to immobilize his family or force them to move. Despite adversity and obstacles, his parents stood firm in their beliefs and instilled in him a zeal for life, liberty, and the pursuit of justice.
He also has a zeal for health freedom issues like parental rights.
“There should be no basis for a general consent to … make health decisions … away from a parent’s responsibility,” said Hill of blanket consent forms signed each school year that are designed to remove parental consent in medical decisions.
Stand for Health Freedom supports candidates who make and support policy to protect and expand individual and family choice in matters of personal health. We believe Curtis Hill will defend and expand these rights for Indiana residents.
