America’s children are being used in the largest untested medical experiment in history. The CDC has grown its vaccine recommendations to more than 72 doses for every child, yet it has never once studied the safety of this schedule. That’s why we just filed a federal lawsuit to hold them accountable.
Parents deserve freedom and truth, not coercion and censorship.
For decades, the CDC has forced a one-size-fits-all vaccine schedule without ever testing its long-term safety. Doctors who dared to ask questions lost their licenses. Enough is enough.
For more than 20 years, the government’s own top scientific advisors have told the CDC to study the combined effects of the vaccine schedule. The CDC has ignored those warnings, expanding the schedule anyway while silencing doctors who raise concerns.
- When Dr. Paul Thomas published data showing vaccinated children suffered much higher rates of asthma, allergies, and ADHD, his license was suspended within five days.
- When Dr. Kenneth Stoller used genetic testing to identify children at greater risk of vaccine injury, California revoked his license for not following CDC’s rigid rules.
This lawsuit is about more than vaccines. It’s about whether parents have the right to informed consent, whether doctors can practice real medicine without fear, and whether America will continue forcing children into a one-size-fits-all model that ignores evidence of harm.
We are demanding the courts:
- Recognize that the CDC has acted arbitrarily by recommending 72+ doses without ever testing the full schedule.
- Strike down the CDC’s “Category A” framework, which makes vaccines mandatory by default in nearly every state.
- Reclassify vaccines to “shared decision-making,” so parents and doctors can make individualized choices without fear of retaliation.
- Require the CDC to finally conduct safety studies comparing fully vaccinated and unvaccinated children, and to report to Congress as the law requires.
This case isn’t about rejecting medicine. It’s about demanding real science, protecting parental rights, and restoring the ability of doctors to practice honest, individualized care.
The CDC has had decades to answer basic safety questions. They refused. Now, a federal court will decide whether children and families deserve the truth.
