PAST STATE CALLS-TO-ACTIONS
MARYLAND
Senator Kagan withdrew SB378 after public pressure from SHF, which would have allowed minors of any age to consent to vaccination without parental consent.
CALIFORNIA
Senator Wiener posted a statement on the last day of legislative session that SB 866 did not have enough votes and was putting the bill in the “Inactive file.”
NEVADA
SB172 will allow children of any age to consent to dangerous drugs used for the prevention and treatment of HIV and STDs (including vaccines) and to receive contraception without parental consent.
