Reject Medical Mandates in Kansas
Support The Kansas Medical Freedom Act (SB522)
Our Stand: At-A-Glance
- UPDATE! 3/10/2026: The Medical Freedom Act, will receive a hearing Friday, March 13 at 8:30 AM in Room 142-S.
- SB522, The Medical Freedom Act, is our DREAM bill! It is the strongest health freedom protection Kansas has ever considered. It draws a clear line: no Kansan can be denied a job, education, childcare, etc., because of a personal medical decision.
- SB522 closes the door on vaccine mandates and protects Kansans from future COVID-style overreach. Simply put, this bill establishes informed consent as the standard in Kansas, and this may be our best opportunity to secure those protections for future generations.
- TIME IS RUNNING OUT! Lawmakers must act immediately if SB522 is to stand a chance. The legislative session will end at the end of March. The window to move this bill forward is closing fast!
