March 22, 2024 Action Alert
- The mRNA injections that were forced upon society for COVID-19 have had a devastating impact on the health of countless Kentuckians. These untested and unproven products were rushed into production. As a result, many people found themselves facing an impossible choice: submit to the injection or lose their job.
- SB295, sponsored by Senator Lindsey Tichenor and 20 other members of the Kentucky Senate, would make it illegal to mandate a COVID-19 vaccine for the purposes of student enrollment and participation, employment, acquiring or maintaining a professional license, or medical treatment in the Commonwealth. The original version of this bill would have applied to all mRNA injections. Unfortunately, the language was narrowed to just the COVID injections when the bill passed through the Senate Health Services Committee. Despite the change, passage of this bill would still set a valuable precedent.
- Please take action and ask your senator to vote YES on SB295.
- If you have a personal story about an injury sustained from the COVID injection, or a story of school or workplace discrimination because you refused the COVID injection, please customize your message by including this story.
