FLORIDA: Support a bill to classify “vaccines grown in food” as a drug
Our Stand: At-A-Glance
- Legislative session doesn’t get started until March 4, 2024, but we’re already tracking several good bills supporting health freedom across the state.
- SB196, filed by Senator Joe Gruters, would ensure that food that contains a vaccine or vaccine material is classified as a “drug.”
- Big Pharma has been working on modifying plants to produce vaccines for many years, and we are beginning to hear of it coming to a grocery store near you
- Classifying such food products as drugs is crucial for several reasons:
- Informed Consent: Consumers have a right to know if a food product contains vaccine components, allowing them to make informed decisions about what they consume.
- Health Risks: Vaccine-laced foods could pose significant dangers, including unknown allergic reactions, unintended health effects, or long-term consequences that have yet to be studied.
- Tennessee passed legislation like this last year, and we are excited to see this filed in our state.
- In order to pass a bill in the state of Florida, a bill must have a companion in both the House and the Senate. As of right now, this bill only has a Senate sponsor, so we are asking you to please email your Representative in the Florida House and ask them to sponsor this great piece of legislation.
