Don’t let them poison justice
Support the Pesticide Injury Accountability Act
Our Stand: At-A-Glance
- Chemical giants are lobbying hard for immunity at the state and federal level, trying to block families, farmers, and injured workers from holding them accountable for the devastating harm caused by toxic pesticides. We’ve fought these immunity bills in the states, and now we must unite behind federal legislation that restores justice.
- Senator Cory Booker’s Pesticide Injury Accountability Act (S2324) would ensure those harmed by pesticides like glyphosate and paraquat can sue the companies responsible. It protects the constitutional right to seek damages in court and ends the dangerous push to shield chemical corporations from liability.
