Clear the Skies, Stop the Lies. Ban Weather Modification Now
Our Stand: At-A-Glance
- Americans are being sprayed without warning or consent. From geoengineering to solar radiation management and cloud seeding, weather modification programs are occurring with no transparency, no opt-out, and no oversight.
- H.R. 4403, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene’s Clear Skies Act, would prohibit the injection, release, or dispersal of chemicals or aerosols into our atmosphere for the purpose of altering weather, climate, or sunlight. It also repeals any existing federal authority that allows these practices to take place behind closed doors.
- No one should be subjected to environmental experimentation without informed consent, period.
- H.R. 4403 ensures accountability, public reporting, and penalties for unauthorized weather modification. The bill does the following:
- Bans all forms of weather modification, including geoengineering, cloud seeding, and solar radiation management, regardless of who is conducting it.
- Establishes criminal penalties for engaging in unauthorized weather modification, with fines up to $100,000 and/or up to 5 years in prison for each violation.
- Directs the EPA and Department of Justice to investigate and enforce violations of the ban.
- Repeals all existing federal laws, regulations, and executive orders that currently authorize weather modification activities.
- Creates a national public reporting system so Americans can report suspected weather modification, and requires the EPA to respond and make reports publicly available.
- This is a matter of fundamental rights, we must not be experimented on without our knowledge or consent.
- ACTION: It’s time to restore transparency and demand truth from our federal agencies. Tell Congress to co-sponsor and pass the Clear Skies Act now.
- Make it personal: When contacting your Congressman, add a brief personal note, such as a story about how this issue affects your life, why it matters to you or your community, or your commitment to health freedom. Personalized messages stand out and greatly increase the chance your Representative will read and respond to your request.
