End Medical Mandates in Arizona
Support HCR 2056
Our Stand: At-A-Glance
- HCR 2056 Explained: Many Arizonans faced bipartisan medical mandates which forced them to accept unwanted medical treatments. They were often at risk of losing their jobs, education, and basic freedoms if they refused to comply.
- WHY THEY SHOULD CARE:
-
-
- The Arizona legislative session is drawing to a close. We are at risk of losing this opportunity to ban mandates at our mid-term elections.
- This bill already cleared the House of Representatives, but now the Senate has stalled it. They have not taken action since March 10th!
- Adults should have authority over their own bodies and parents should make medical decisions on behalf of their children.
- We should never be at risk of losing our jobs or having our education interrupted because we refuse medical interventions dictated by an Arizona governmental body, an employer
-
- SOLUTION: This bill,HCR2056 is a resolution to place a constitutional amendment on the Arizona ballot. When passed by voters, our rights to refuse medical mandates will be enshrined in the Arizona constitution.
