End Medical Mandates in Arizona
Support HCR 2056
Our Stand: At-A-Glance
- It’s crunch time in Arizona for Health Freedom.
- With the state budget submitted and the governor’s legislative “freeze” lifted, lawmakers are once again advancing bills. It’s been sixty days, but it’s time once again to show your support for HCR2056, a resolution to place a constitutional amendment on the Arizona ballot. When passed by voters, our right to refuse medical mandates will be enshrined in the Arizona constitution.
- The Problem: Leadership claims there is not enough public support for Health Freedom protections.
- The Solution: Senate leadership, including Sen. Warren Petersen, needs to hear from Arizona citizens again.
- Action: Please send an email in support of Rep. Kupper’s HCR2056 using the provided link, then follow up with a phone call to these legislative leaders:
-
- Sen. Warren Petersen — (602) 926-4136
- Sen. John Kavanagh — (602) 926-5170

- Sen. T.J. Shope — (602) 926-3012
- Rep. Steve Montenegro — (602) 926-3635
