FLORIDA: Ensures “vaccines grown in food” are labeled as a drug
Our Stand: At-A-Glance
- HB525, filed by Representative Monique Miller (and is the companion bill to Gruters SB196), would ensure that food that contains a vaccine or vaccine material is classified as a “drug.”
- Big Pharma has been working on modifying plants to produce vaccines for many years, and we are beginning to hear of it coming to a grocery store near you.
- Classifying such food products as drugs is crucial for several reasons:
- Informed Consent: Consumers have a right to know if a food product contains vaccine components, allowing them to make informed decisions about what they consume.
- Health Risks: Vaccine-laced foods could pose significant dangers, including unknown allergic reactions, unintended health effects, or long-term consequences that have yet to be studied.
- Tennessee passed legislation like this last year, and we are excited to see this filed in our state, let’s ask our House Representatives to support this bill!
- ACTION: Tell your the Chair of the House Health and Human Services Committee to bring this bill forward for a hearing.
