South Carolina wants OTC Ivermectin – Not mRNA Gene Therapy “Vaccines”
Our Stand: At-A-Glance
-
In 2015, William Campbell and Satoshi Omura were awarded the Nobel Prize for their discovery of avermectin and its life-saving global impact. Commonly known as ivermectin, this FDA-approved medication became widely used during Covid, yet access was restricted despite physician success worldwide.
-
While federal agencies spent billions fast-tracking vaccines and antivirals like remdesivir, the FDA interfered in the doctor-patient relationship by limiting access to ivermectin. In response, five states—Tennessee, Idaho, Utah, Louisiana, and Arkansas—have passed legislation allowing ivermectin to be sold over the counter or without a prescription.
- Representative Jay Kilmartin has introduced legislation to make ivermectin readily available OTC in South Carolina. Representative Josiah Magnuson has introduced legislation to remove synthetic mRNA gene therapies, including the Covid-19 vaccine, from the South Carolina market due to lack of informed consent, liability immunity, contamination concerns, and documented harm.
- ACTION: Please urge the subcommittee of the Medical, Military, Public, and Municipal Affairs Committee to support for Representative Kilmartin’s H4042 to make ivermectin available over the counter in South Carolina, and Representative Magnuson’s H4262 to remove synthetic mRNA gene therapies from the market.
