FLORIDA: SAFEGUARD LIBERTY. END VACCINE MANDATES.
Our Stand: At-A-Glance
- With the announcement on September 3 by Governor DeSantis and Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo to repeal vaccine mandates, we stand firmly behind their stance and want to show our support. Dr. Ladapo proclaimed “The FL Dept of health, in partnership with the Governor is going to be working to end all vaccine mandates! Every last one of them is wrong and drips with distain and slavery“. Dr. Ladapo will have the authority to remove certain recommendations through the Florida Department of Health, but others will require action through legislation. That’s why it is essential for policymakers to hear directly from their constituents—You!
- If you are new to this issue, here is a little background: Florida requires students to submit vaccine information to attend school, even though the licensing and oversight of these products lack basic rigor and accountability. Vaccine manufacturers and physicians carry no liability for vaccine-associated harm; clinical trials lacked true inert placebos; long-term safety and efficacy data are missing; cumulative effects of ingredients and a 72+-dose schedule remain unstudied; and adverse-event reporting is inadequate. Mandates built on these gaps violate informed consent.
- Around the world, fewer vaccines and no mandates are the norm. In the U.S., industry-entangled agencies have ballooned the schedule and linked it to school and work. States should be a bulwark against tyranny, yet too often they enable it. Florida’s vaccine law has been used to manipulate parents and coerce vaccine uptake. Further, trade organizations like the American Academy of Pediatrics actively lobby legislators to end religious exemptions! We must act.
- Has Florida’s vaccine law, and others like it, contributed to the chronic disease surge, as indicated by parallel trends and association studies? Data from the Henry Ford Health System and Mawson et al. indicate associations that warrant precaution and further study on cumulative effects of vaccinations.
- Medical ethics and the pillars of informed consent demand a halt to medical coercion in the form of public and private mandates. No-mandate policies begin with a simple conviction: medical procedures must never be forced. In a free society, no law or regulation should compel anyone to receive a medical product, whether a vaccine, treatment, or test, as a condition of work, education, travel, or participation in public life. This is not a rejection of medicine or science; it is a defense of the right to refuse.
