Protect South Carolina from mRNA Harm—Help Push H 4262 Forward!
Our Stand: At-A-Glance
In collaboration with SC Health Rights Cooperative
- H 4262 aims to prohibit healthcare professionals in the state from administering certain synthetic mRNA-based gene therapies, including those used in COVID-19 vaccines. This bill would also hold healthcare providers accountable with a minimum 1-year license suspension for violations.
- The legislative session is almost over, and this bill still hasn’t been given a hearing in the 3M subcommittee. Time is running out to protect our state from dangerous gene-based injections.
- Despite thousands of adverse event reports—including 9,801 VAERS-reported injuries in South Carolina alone—federal regulators have failed to act. Our healthcare system is overwhelmed, and the harm continues unchecked.
- mRNA injections are being used without long-term safety data or meaningful oversight. You, your children, and your community are being subjected to unproven and potentially dangerous medical technology. If lawmakers don’t act, the door remains open for future mRNA use in other vaccines without accountability.
- ACTION: Call and Email Representatives Sylleste Davis, Bobby Cox, and Heath Sessions of the House Medical Military, Public, and Municipal Affairs—demand a hearing for H 4262 now.
