“The ability to live by our religious convictions is inherent to the founding principles of our country,” said U.S. Congressman Alex Mooney. “Vaccine freedom is more important than ever. Religious freedom is essential.”
Congressman Alex Mooney, a current sitting member of the U.S. House, representing West Virginia’s 2nd Congressional District, was first elected to office back in 2014. The son of a Cuban refugee and a Vietnam veteran, Mooney grew up with a deep sense of appreciation for American ideals. Mooney believes in the values of hard work, faith, and freedom that have made America a great nation. With a proven record of fighting for conservative values, he has cosponsored several bills in support of religious freedom. He’s now running for U.S. Senate. Mooney and his wife Grace live in Charles Town with their three children.
“Throughout our history, people have come to America to enjoy living in freedom, not another oppressive big government controlling our lives and movements,” Mooney said. “For example, my mother fled communist Cuba where Big Brother is always watching. We must never let that happen in America.”
Stand for Health Freedom supports candidates who make and support policy to protect and expand individual and family choice in matters of personal health. We believe Alex Mooney will defend and expand these rights for West Virginia residents.
