Canadian scientists and doctors face censorship, slander, coercion, intimidation, and disciplinary action, including termination.

Our Stand

Provincial medical boards and colleges have engaged in a campaign of retribution towards any doctor or other medical professional who fails to blindly follow their directives.
This policy is enforced even when the directives run contrary to the best interests of patients, which doctors are sworn to defend.
This intrusion into doctor-patient relations is a violation of the Nuremberg Code of international law that requires that doctors not conduct medical experiments without informed consent. Yet this consent is what the medical boards are attempting to thwart.
Doctors are thus placed in an untenable position. They must now choose between harming their patients or harming their careers. They must now choose between their Hippocratic Oath or their medical licenses. They must now choose between telling their patients the truth and violating international law.
The attempt to intimidate doctors and scientists has had an opposite effect: many are coming forth, fully galvanized against regressive authoritarian overreach of CPSO and other governing bodies.
This intimidation and overreaching must stop. According to MP Derek Sloan, “Many people at high levels across the federal and providential governments are misleading the public and the media must now hold these officials accountable for their lack of transparency and honesty on these matters.”

Canadian doctors are being intimidated into silence and important health information is being censored

Numerous doctors have recently come forward to relay their experiences with the all-pervasive censorship and suppression of medical science that is taking place. Science—particularly medical science—is never settled. It is a continuous process of trial and error and of discussion, debate, experimentation, and testing. It is an ongoing process. When new facts and data come to light, policies must change.

This is not what is transpiring. Medical authorities would have us believe that everything has been determined regarding COVID measures and that there is only one acceptable method for treating patients. This approach is unprecedented and what is truly shocking and unjustified is that coronavirus, which is at the heart of this issue, is claimed to be “novel.” So how could the “correct” procedure suddenly appear ? The appropriate response should be determined by the scientific method described above.

Only by applying their medical knowledge, training, and experience and adapting their methods accordingly can doctors determine the best course of treatment. Rather than encouraging an appropriate course of action, the medical boards are actively trying to sabotage it. The effect on patients is obvious—they are being harmed. This vaccine has injured more people than any in history. Its use in children is contraindicated, it is not neededfor those previously infected with COVID, and it is a “treatment” for something that is akin to the flu.

Doctors’ primary accountability is and must continue to be to their patients and not to their medical boards. The boards should exist to assist doctors in fulfilling these responsibilities, not to second guess, undermine, threaten, and punish them for carrying out sworn obligations.

The voices of physicians and scientists need to be heard

Deep engagement and public debate are underpinnings of science and hallmarks of a Democratic society. These courageous doctors are standing for truth at great personal and professional cost. While these attempts to intimidate doctors and scientists has many of them afraid of losing their jobs and licenses, for others, it has clearly had the opposite effect. They’re coming forth, fully galvanized against regressive authoritarian overreach.
