- The new Senate version of HB1001 bill lessens religious protections, which said employers were to accept religious exemptions without question.
- The committee cut out that language and opted for federal language, which already exists and provides MINIMAL religious protections. Meanwhile, Hoosiers have lost jobs as a result of employer vaccine mandates; college kids have been forced to take an experimental jab; and we have built a culture of vaccine discrimination in the workplace.
- We need MASS ACTION INDIANA! We are in the final stretch now, and we need everyone to dig deep to bring it across the finish line! Our goal over the next 3.5 days is to create as much buzz in the Senate as possible about our need for an amendment. Flooding inboxes and phones ringing off the hook is an amazing way to do this! It also helps remind our senators that their constituents are paying attention.
