CANADA: Protect Your Medical and Travel Autonomy

Stand against the medical coercion of vaccine passports

Our Stand

  • Although an official decree requiring Canadians to produce a “vaccine immunity passport” for international travel has not yet been issued, the possibility of it is growing in Canada and other industrialized nations. Any action that would require Canadians to produce a vaccine passport or similar documentation to pursue life, liberty and happiness is a deeply disturbing and unconstitutional violation of the Canadian Charter of rights and freedoms.
  • The World Health Organization (WHO) has advised caution on this issue. As recently as April 19, 2021, the WHO has taken a stance against requiring COVID-19 vaccination prior to international travel, stating “there are real, practical and ethical considerations” with vaccine certification, including “inequity and unfairness.” Dr. Mike Ryan with the WHO states, “This is a very important societal discussion, and I think we need to be very careful.”
  • Requiring Canadians to receive an injected drug that has not been thoroughly tested for safety and efficacy is a direct violation of international rights.
  • To compel that Canadians receive an injectable drug classified as “experimental” is not only immoral – it may well be criminal. In Canada, the COVID-19 shots were rushed to market before formal testing could be concluded. The injections have been granted emergency-use authorization, which means they are considered experimental. The results of Phase III safety trials will not be reported until 2022 for Moderna, and 2023 for Pfizer.
  • If a Canadian is injured by a COVID-19 shot, they’re on their own. COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers have full liability protection for harm or injuries caused by their injections. Just the fact that drug manufacturers have insisted on legal indemnity for harm or injuries caused by the products they create and sell is a strong indicator of potential to cause harm.
  • The suggestion that this mandatory, widespread injection is “for the greater good” is unfounded. There’s no verified evidence that the shots contribute to the protection of the community or population immunity.
  • Although an official decree requiring vaccine passports for international travel has not yet been issued in Canada, the possibility of it is growing. Now is the time to take a stand to protect fellow Canadians against this gross medical overreach by our government.

CALL TO ACTION

Currently, an effort is underway to require that all Canadians be injected with a rushed COVID-19 shot prior to traveling internationally, and to carry documentation that they have received the injection on a “vaccine immunity passport.”

Vaccine Choice Canada adamantly opposes such requirements and asks that you consider your own stance carefully.

Requiring Canadians to produce documentation that they’ve been inoculated with an experimental vaccine in order to freely travel internationally is illogical and unethical. It’s also an unconstitutional violation of the Canadian Charter of rights and freedoms. The Charter guarantees “the right to enter, remain in and leave Canada” and protects “the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice.”

Even the World Health Organization (WHO) has advised caution on this issue. As recently as March 8, 2021, the WHO has stood against requiring COVID-19 vaccination prior to international travel, stating, “there are real, practical and ethical considerations” with vaccine certification, including “inequity and unfairness.”

Various governments around the globe have failed, even after a full year, to provide verifiable medical and scientific evidence that the unprecedented lockdowns and other measures said to mitigate the COVID-19 pandemic have been warranted.

In October, The British Medical Journal wrote “None of the trials currently under way are designed to detect a reduction in any serious outcome such as hospital admissions, use of intensive care, or deaths. Nor are the vaccines being studied to determine whether they can interrupt transmission of the virus.” Phase III safety trials are not even scheduled for reporting until 2022 for the Moderna injection and 2023 for Pfizer’s.

To coerce Canadians to accept an injection classified as “experimental” is not only immoral – it may well be criminal. These injections have nothing to do with Canadians’ health. Those who do not accept the injection are being threatened with the removal of their freedoms if they do not comply.

Compelling the entire population of a country to take a shot that cannot be proven safe – nor even be proven effective to prevent or halt the spread of an infection – is a dangerous step toward socialized control of Canadian people.

The fact that COVID-19 shot manufacturers have demanded and been granted legal indemnity for any harm or injuries caused by their injections raises concern that the likelihood of adverse reactions is high. In Canada, these injections are experimental. They are presumed to come with great risk.

Any coercion to accept these untested, experimental shots is a direct violation of Canadians’ legally guaranteed right to informed consent. Such coercion is also a direct violation of international covenants such as the Universal Declarations of Bioethics and Human Rights, and the Nuremberg Code drafted in response to the medical abuses of the Nazi regime.

Furthermore, these COVID-19 injections do not even fit the definition of a “vaccine,” which, according to WHO, contains “a killed or weakened form of a virus or bacteria, which trains our bodies to recognize and fight the disease if we encounter it in the future.”

Instead of delivering immunity by injecting the deadened virus into patients to trigger their immune systems to manufacture antibodies to the virus, the COVID-19 injections introduce synthetic genetic technology to the system. These injections are not “vaccines” as defined in traditional medicine. They are a new technology that has never been used on a human population before. There is no clinical evidence that these experimental drugs are safe or effective.

The suggestion that this mandatory widespread injection is “for the greater good” is unfounded. The manufacturers of these shots claim they reduce the severity of symptoms of those exposed to the virus post-inoculation. However, there’s no verified evidence that they contribute to the protection of the community nor population immunity.

Although an official decree requiring vaccine passports for international travel has not yet been issued in Canada, the possibility of it is growing. Now is the time to take a stand to protect fellow Canadians against this gross medical overreach by our government.
