ACT NOW: Protect South Dakotans from forced COVID-19 vaccinations

Ask your legislators to call a special session to discuss bills that will ban vaccine mandates in our state.

Our Stand

  • No citizen of South Dakota should face discrimination based upon a medical decision.
  • We need our state’s Legislature to act now by calling a special session to discuss bills proposed to protect the health freedoms of South Dakotans.
  • The proposed mandates, as they expand, will affect not only health care workers, but all South Dakotans.
  • Please join us in calling and emailing your legislators, asking them to call a special legislative session to discuss important bills that will protect South Dakotans against proposed vaccine mandates.

Your home address information is required from the legislative offices to ensure you are reaching out to your designated representatives. Your email and your phone number are used to establish connection with your designated representatives. Messages from non-constituents don't have the same impact on a legislator as messages from verified constituents, who can vote for that officeholder. Call-To-Action

Please join us in contacting our state’s legislators to request a special legislative session to discuss the bills brought that would protect South Dakotans from COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

We need this special legislative session immediately, as there are many employees who are being forced to either get a COVID-19 vaccination or leave their jobs right now. This discussion cannot wait until our Legislature is in session in January!

While our economy supports the organic growth of South Dakota, it could not sustain 40% of the workforce being removed from their position due to a medical decision their employer didn’t support.  We need to act now!
